Dehydration is a very important work in the filtration process of plate and frame filter press. When the dewatering effect is not good, it is necessary to check the plate and frame filter press systematically. 1. After the plate and frame filter press is pressed, the feeding operation can be carried out: start the feeding pump, slowly open the feeding valve, and the feeding pressure gradually rises to the normal pressure. If it is necessary to wash or air dry the cake, it can be done later. If it is not necessary to wash or air dry the cake, it can be unloaded.

2. Shut down the feed pump and feed valve after the filter cake of the plate and frame filter press is full. Turn on the washing pump or air compressor, slowly open the washing liquid or air inlet valve, and wash or air dry the filter cake. After the operation is complete, close the lotion pump or air compressor and its valve before unloading the cake.

3. Cake unloading operation. Specific measures are as follows: First close the feed pump and feed valve, lotion or air intake device and valve of the plate and frame filter press, then press and hold the "release" button on the operating panel, the piston rod drives the pressing plate to return, and after returning to the appropriate position, release and hold the "release" button, manually pull the filter plate one by one to unload the filter cake, and at the same time clean the filter slag stuck on the sealing surface. Prevent the filter slag clip on the sealing surface to affect the sealing performance, resulting in leakage phenomenon, until this time an operation cycle is completed.

4. Before the operation of plate and frame filter press, check the whole machine: whether the press cloth is folded or overlapped, and whether the power supply is connected properly. After the inspection is qualified, the press filtration operation can be carried out.
