(1) Start the motor, the running time is controlled within 3 seconds, and ensure that the motor is in the same direction as the external mark.

(2) Do not feed the player, first set the music player, modify the specifications of the electric contact force meter to minimum 2MPa and maximum 5MPa (when setting the pressure gauge, gently force to prevent damage to the upper pressure gauge), open the valve at the high pressure end to exhaust (stop immediately after the hydraulic oil is discharged). Press and then release until the pressing plate reaches the limit, and then repeat the operation for several times, observe the piston rod moving stable stop, indicating that there is no gas in the oil red: then assemble the filter plate, filter plate installation position error must be less than 5 mm, once exceeds this range, Will cause the filter plate leakage and shorten its service life, reset the electric contact force meter range in 7MPas≤P≤10MPa, press firmly, observe the machine condition under the action of external force: finally, adjust the electric contact pressure gauge to 12MPas≤P≤14MPa, press firmly, if all is normal, you can prepare for feeding. (Note: Due to different models, the pressure range of the cylinder is different, but usually P≤18MPa). After the successful commissioning of the hydraulic pump station, the measuring range of the pressure gauge shall not be modified at will.

In addition, in order to make the hydraulic system work stably and reliably, the oil temperature in the cylinder should be maintained at 10℃ ~ 40℃, and temperature adjustment measures should be taken when it exceeds.
