Membrane filter press used in Chemical industry

This is a case from Russia customer, need to process 50 tons deicing materials per day, solid content 1%.

As below is the testing we done.

Pharmacy debugging experiment report

1. Processing material:Salt brine

2. Material properties: PH value 5, slightly acidic

3. Material description: The material has a low solid content. If directly enter the sludge dewatering equipment for squeezing, the material must be flocculated and settled. After reaching a good flocculation state, it can be squeezed.

4. Experimental description:

first step, the material is tempered, and the PH value is adjusted to neutral or alkalescent, generally reaching a value of 8-9, and the effect is better. In this step, we added limestone water.

second step ： to flocculate and settle the material. We first added the anions in PAM (polyacrylamide). After thorough stirring, the sewage quickly formed a large amount of alum blossoms, which settled to the bottom, and clear water left.

Summary of the experiment: After pre-treatment of the material (adding lime), adjusting the PH value, and then adding PAM anions, the sewage can already be flocculated well to achieve solid-liquid separation, and it can be directly passed through the filter press

Finally,customer was very satisfied to our testing and bought a 40 m2 membrane filter press .
