Introduction to automatic filter press

Automatic filter press is a kind of intermittent pressure filter equipment, used for all kinds of suspension of solid liquid separation, separation effect is good, easy to use, suitable for large filtration industry, high degree of automation or centralized control, filtration pressure of about 0.6Mpa filtration field. The whole machine adopts the integrated design and manufacture of machine, electricity and hydraulic, which can realize the process of automatic pressing, filtering, penetrating, pressing, loosening and pulling plate, etc. It has the characteristics of high degree of automation, large production capacity, low liquid content in filter cake, high unit output and small footprint. Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, dye, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food, paper, coal washing and sewage treatment and other need to carry out solid-liquid separation fields.

Automatic filter press

Automatic filter press is based on the filter press, according to the user's different requirements for the degree of automation of the filter press equipment, choose to increase the automatic pull plate system, the crank arm auxiliary slag unloading system, the single rod water flushing system, the flip plate liquid system, PLC control system and other auxiliary supporting facilities, in order to reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve production efficiency.


Automatic filter press features

1.Crank arm auxiliary unloading:

Due to the high viscosity of some materials, it is difficult for the filter cake to be automatically flaked off. The auxiliary discharge of the filter cloth by the filter cloth curve arm developed by our factory can enable the filter press to change the tilting Angle of the filter cloth and form an inverted V shape while working. Meanwhile, the spring held on the filter cloth will shake due to expansion, so that the filter cake will automatically fall off. The crank arm is made of reinforced polypropylene material, light weight, corrosion resistance, flexible and reliable operation, easy maintenance and so on.

2.Automatic mud storage system:

After the filter press is completed, the filter cake can be unloaded to the supporting mud storage bucket for convenient centralized loading. The size of the mud bucket can be customized according to the filter press model number and customer requirements. The opening way is divided into electric and pneumatic two kinds.


3.Automatic copy connecting liquid:

In the filtration process of the filter press, due to the existence of capillary leakage of the filter cloth, there is drip leakage between the two adjacent filter plates, which not only increases the water content of the mud in the mud storage bucket under the filter press, but also causes pollution to the environment and brings a lot of trouble to the production operation. The automatic duplicate liquid receiving system designed by our factory can collect the dripping liquid between the adjacent filter plates to avoid inconvenience to the production operation.

4.Automatic pull plate system:

Because the single filter plate of large filter press is relatively heavy, it is not convenient for workers to open the plate when unloading, and the workload is larger. The automatic roller pulling system developed by our factory uses hydraulic brake, roller chain drive, translation synchronization, roller chain pulling manipulator. The pulling plate system is composed of motor, hydraulic motor, pulling plate trolley, sprocket, chain and so on. Under the control of relay, the motor drives the hydraulic motor, and the chain drives the left and right pulling plate trolley to complete the pulling plate. The pulling plate system adopts intelligent control, which can not only improve the efficiency of pulling plate but also protect the function of filter plate. The drawing speed can be controlled according to the operator's proficiency. This system greatly improves the working cycle of the filter press and effectively reduces the labor intensity of the workers.
